TRYOUTS

1. Players are required to be "Cleared to play sports" by a medical provider and this is called a "Sports Physical." Players MAY NOT try out, practice or play a game without a current sport physical. A picture (taken with your phone) or a PDF of this physical is required to be uploaded within online Registration.

2. Sports fee is $185. This fee will be added to a student's account once tryouts are held and the Athletic Office gets the final rosters from the coach. It will appear on your student's Jeffco Student Fee Payment account, which you can access through Infinite Campus. Payments can be made by credit card securely online, or if you prefer to pay by cash or check, bring it to Bear Creek's financial office.

3. Students/Parents have 15 days from the start of the season (by November 28) to notify Pam Simons, BCHS Athletic Assistant, that they have decided to discontinue participation in a sport. After 15 days, you are responsible for the $185 District Athletic Fee.

4. If your player is transferring to Bear Creek High School from another HIGH SCHOOL, the transfer process MUST be started by the BCHS Athletic Office. Please contact Athletic Director, Zach Morris at 303-982-8822 or at Zachary.Morris@jeffco.k12.co.us
